50s office

Oak desk from the 50s/60s. It was completely sanded to remove its used varnish then colorless matt oiled for the base and box and colorless matt varnish for the top (note the top has some traces of its former life - see photos -) the desk can be installed in the middle of room because it is as pretty from the front as from the back. Its three deep drawers offer good storage capacity, their bottoms have been upholstered in a contemporary fabric and the fronts have been painted in "blooth pink" from the farrow&ball color chart in a matte finish. Original brass handles.
