Description
The two vases, which form a pair, are in perfect condition, no accidents, no cracks or splinters. No gaps. The vases were turned, embellished with three handles, and then enamelled with a beautiful blue glaze typical of the productions of charles and auguste maes, potters in saint-amandsberg near ghent in flanders, and were produced in the early twentieth century, around 1909. The enamel is satin, almost matte. Very beautiful texture, great finesse of realization. The state of conservation of these two vases is quite exceptional.
