Louis XVI period chair stamped

Bergère in molded and carved beech, with a convertible backrest, resting on tapered, fluted and roughened legs. It is trimmed with royal blue velvet and is stamped by master cabinetmaker antoine bonnemain (born in 1725, received master cabinetmaker on july 18, 1753). Antoine bonnemain born in 1725, antoine bonnemain is the brother of the cabinetmaker pierre bonnemain, and will be nicknamed "bonnemain le jeune" in order to distinguish him from his elder.
