Set of 12 knives

Lot of 12 cocktail knives, in their original box, from the cutlery-goldsmith f. Rolland, 4 rue jean jaurès in rennes (silverware no longer exists). We did not investigate whether the owner was a descendant of martin rolland, who collected several objects late 15th and early 16th (notified in the accounts of the city of rennes). Original, these knives allow you to cut, spread and prick, for a successful aperitif! Red bakelite sleeves and brass blades, beautifully assembled by "a ring" representing a shell. Note that a knife has a split handle (see photos) and that a hinge of the box is broken. Lot in very good condition. A knife is 16 cm long.
