Thonet 209 armchair said Le Corbusier

Very beautiful armchair made by the designer mikael thonet around 1904. With its original cake, this office armchair is also nicknamed "le corbusier" who used it in its interior decorations during the first half of the twentieth century. This seat made of curved beech wood is distinguished by the fluid line of its armrest taking rest on the top of the low backrest. A crotch circle reinforces the four slightly arched feet. The round seat, canned or inperforated thermoformed wood or intarsia decoration, is 47cm in diameter. Versions with square seat and rounded edges are newer.
