Set of 2 Sterrenregen wall lamps by Evert Jelle Jelles for Raak, 1960's

These fantastic wall lamps, model 'sterrenregen' (translated 'rain of stars'), were designed by evert jelle jelles for raak in the 1960's. The lamp is made of a light grey painted aluminum shade that has a rhytmically patern of shell shaped perforations. The light behind the shade has a up and downlight and shines beautifully through the perforations that appears to be a 'sterrenregen' of rain of stars'. We have a set of 2 available, both lamps are in a good condition, with signs of age and use like small scratches and some rust at the inside.
