Description
If you've ever been to bali, you definitely recognize these boxes. They are often filled with rice and flowers. These are small sacrificial baskets, called 'canang sari', which the balinese use to offer a sacrifice to their god three times a day. It is a ritual to give back to the gods what you received from them earlier. Sacrificing brings prosperity and good health to your family. It is a duty and an honour at the same time. These boxes are handmade from bamboo and beads. Dimensions: 29 X 29 X 19 cm.
