Black Rocking Chair by Roland Rainer 1960

This magnificent rocking chair in black lacquered beech was designed by Roland Rainer around 1958 and executed by Thonet Wien. Note that the armchair is very good vintage apart from some chipping of the black lacquer especially at the joints, which has no impact on the solidity of the structure.
