French modernist wood turned table lamp in the style of Charles Dudouyt, 1930s- 1950s

A gorgeous french modernist table lamp with vintage lampshade, ca 1940s-1950s. These lamps are often named in the style of charles dudouyt and on some platforms sold as if it were by him, which they are not but definitely in his style. The wood is in a lovely patinated condition as can be seen in the pics and the lamp will come with the vintage shade ( we believe it to be 70s or 80s ). The shade is in great condition from te outside and the innersole has some flaws in the plastic undercover. The base measured without the shade is 55 cm. Th current shade has a width and depth of 34 cm. The lamp has been rewired and refitted for general e27 lightbulbs.
