Joseph Hoffmann & Koloman Moser, for Wittmann, ''Purkersdorf'' armchair, 1970s, Austria. In black lacquered ash wood. Fixed and taut elastic straps. Black lacquered vertical uprights and covered with a black and white woven seat and equipped with black and white cushions with geometric patterns. Dimensions: height: 68 cm width: 61 cm depth: 61 cm. Armchair originally designed by Josef Hoffmann in 1903 for the Purkersdorf Sanatorium in Vienna. No longer in production.
