Curved blade serving knife

Nice and large serving knife, for cheese or butter perhaps, with its curved blade with a notch on the non-cutting side. If anyone can enlighten me on this type of knife, i'd be interested! I was told the handle was silver, but I doubt it, no “minerva” hallmark, maybe silver plated. It has hallmarks, difficult to decipher, a square hallmark with a clover or a fleur-de-lis and two letters including an "r", a hallmark where I managed to decipher "emplier" but perhaps the t in front does not is not or no longer readable because templar was the name of a goldsmith, a diamond punch with a sort of “i” in it. It is in an ercuis box, also a goldsmith, but this does not seem to me to be the original box because the shape of the handle does not correspond to the location provided in the bottom of the box. The box is in good structural condition, but does not hide its age: wear, abrasions, stains. The knife is in good general condition, sharp blade, but also with traces of its age: small scratches. The knife measures 27 cm in length, the box measures 28 cm by 7 cm with a thickness of 3.5 cm.
