Pair of armchairs "parallel bar" florence knoll 1966

A pair of armchairs "parallel bar" by florence knoll and broadcast by knoll international (usa) from 1966. Very rare for sale, these two armchairs are in beautiful condition and have been completely restored. A particularity of this work, the original duck blue fabrics were saved, cleaned dry and then reassembled on new quality foams by an upholsterer specialized in the design of the twentieth century. All this difficult restoration in order to preserve its authenticity and especially to avoid the too "new" side of a modern fabric. The metal frames have retained their patinas and are in a beautiful condition (after 55 years of use)! A pair in beautiful original condition of armchairs emblematic of contemporary design.
