Woven wicker conical mushroom basket

This beautiful harvest basket is a superb artisanal work from the 60s. Starting from a small diameter bottom, it escapes gradually, to offer a large basket well open. The woven wicker strands are sometimes debarked, sometimes raw, thus offering a contrast of light and dark shades. Very strong with twisted edge and handle, it was used for mushroom picking. It can be used for harvesting nuts, fruits or vegetables. Its particular shape also makes it possible to put a pretty flowerpot or a green plant, thus becoming an ideal accessory for those who favor a natural and authentic decoration. It is in very good condition with marks of time quite consistent with its age. Height with handle: 42 cm. Basket height: 18 cm. Back diameter: 17 cm. Basket diameter: 37 cm.
