Description
Gustave serrurier-bovy (1858-1910) Important ball vase. A brassware of hammered copper sheets alternated with strips of bent wood. Aluminum interior. Unsigned but fits perfectly with his work. Around 1900. Very good condition, light gray green on brass leaves. Height: 32cm. Diameter: 32cm. *gustave serrurier-bovy was a belgian architect and decorator born in liège in 1858 and died in liège in 1910. He is one of the main belgian representatives of art nouveau.
