Charles Schneider Vase - Charder

Palmette decor vase. 1928, art-deco period. On a white opal background, speckled light mauve, pattern ending in fans of light purple, darker purple gradient in the lower part with a few bluish spots signed "charder", signature released with acid, and "le verre français" engraved on pedestal. Authentic production of the “schneider” glassworks in epinay-sur-seine. In a perfect state. High. 34cm diam. At the neck 11.5cm diam. At the base 14.5cm charles schneider (feb. 1881-jan. 1953) is a french art deco master glassmaker, student of daum in nancy and creator of the art glass brand "le verre français", with his brother ernest schneider (1877-1937).
