Japanese style framed illustration

Selling this delicate Japanese print type illustration representing a plant and floral arrangement. This may be the illustration from a traditional silk panel but I'm not sure. The colors have beautiful subtle nuances and the vertical gold bands as well as the small gold edges have a fairly soft finish. But present. There is a signature but I don't know what it stands for. The frame was made by a framer from Paris, it must be quite old just looking at the telephone number! For the frame, it is a lacquer on wood, there are a few chips, the largest at the top left when you look at the frame. Very dark brown/red color + a small border to enhance it. There is a very beautiful double Marie-Louise: closer to the illustration we have a cream paper then, a second Marie-Louise with brown fabric. The whole thing is very elegant. The illustration itself measures 18 x 34 cm and the frame overall measures 43 x 59 cm. To bring an ethno-chic note to your interior!
