Art deco desk

This is not an office but a work of art! I modernized this artdeco desk by stripping it of its peeling varnish, I painted it with a matte graphite paint (between gray and black) then waxed with a transparent wax and here, from there I enhanced its moldings with a black wax. The top has been sanded and varnished in 2 layers. The handles were disassembled, cleaned and repainted. This furniture has 9 drawers whose upper 3 close with a magnificent key. They were upholstered in a vintage yellow and white wallpaper. The 2 carved doors once closed lock with another key to hide all your secrets! To complete the whole a beveled glass protects the center of the office. It has a chic look and will find its place in an entrance, office, bedroom or living room.
