Carl albin berndtsson, born september 19, 1902 in lyby, skåne, died 1983, was a swedish painter. As an artist, berndtsson was self-taught and studied while traveling to england, belgium, france and south africa. He participated in the exhibitions of the scania art association 1935-1937 and participated in the exhibition of the swedish art council in 1940 and with the swedish general art association and painters from the northern suburbs. He exhibited separately in stockholm and köping. His art consists of floral still lifes, mountain motifs from jämtland and landscape paintings, which are in some ways related to the paintings of hans larsson. Berntsson is represented at the kristianstads museum, helsingborg museum, landskrona museum and höganäs museum.
