Set of 3 Mid-Century Scandinavian brass candlesticks by Arthur Pe, Kolbäck, Sweden

Three mid-century candlesticks for 2 solid brass candles. Created and directed by arthur petterson, signed “arthur pe kolbäck”. Arthur petterson was born in 1919 in kolbäck, sweden, where he lived and worked his entire life. Arthur petterson trained in the field of metallurgy and established his own company “arthur petterssons mekaniska verkstad” in 1952 in the basement of his house. From that moment on, he designed and made brass candlesticks in his workshop. He continued this activity all his life, he did not retire, he just continued to create and produce brass candlesticks. Arthur pettersson was 96 years old when he died on july 28, 2015. His production is signed 'arthur pe kolbäck'.
