Serving dish Sarreguemines Tehran old

Superb and rare old serving tray, polychrome sarreguemines u&cie earthenware, visibly hand painted with fine patterns, tehran model. 1920s-1940s. Rectangular format with ears at each end. Hollow, with wide burgundy border on the rim and ears. White/cream center framed by a magnificent frieze with iznik/cashmere style patterns, palm fronds, buds... Polychrome, in shades of blue, pale green, pink, yellow, orange, red... 34cm total length with ears, 29cm interior length, 20cm maximum width, 17.5cm without the rim. Approximately 1.5cm in height. Very good condition. Very rare and light scratches from use in the center, very discreet. Some slight lack of color on the inner edge of the burgundy edging (wear) also quite discreet. No chips or cracks. About 1kg.
