Old Japanese KDK table/wall fan, 12"

Kdk will be the leading pre-war japanese fan manufacturer, competing with shibaura. Here is a very rare old model of the very first generation: old logo in pressed brass, engine and heavy body, open protective cage. This proposed unit still wears its identification collar from aichi prefecture in japan. No doubt it was used in its offices, which earned it not to be requisitioned and melted down during the war! Another peculiarity is its date of manufacture. It coincides with the first business of entrepreneur matsushita komosuke, the founder of panasonic.
