Description
A lovely and classic norwegian pewter vase/decanter designed and made by gunnar havstad (b.1901 - d. 1973) from his own pewter workshop/studio in nesodden (established 1928), norway 1950s. A special sculptural design vase with two circles stapled on top of each other and a neck with the original bottle cap on top. The vase is terrific for a flower or two in it- or just as a great decorative object. Very good vintage condition and nice pewter patina. Signed underneath. Measures: 37cmh X 5cmd X 12 cmw.
