Description
Old humorous talking plate "galéjades marseillaises". Manufacture choisy-le-roi, hb&cie, hautin and boulenger, in terre de fer, around 1878. Cracked earthenware, floral frieze on the dark pink marli (quite rare to find still from this. Tint). Humorous scene on the background, two men seated at the restaurant. Estimated from our research and stamp, circa 1878. Stamped on the back: terre de fuego hb & cie f9. Dimensions: diameter: 19.7 cm weight: 223 g. Decorative plate witness of the past, the french know-how and great traveler (because found in burgundy), it awaits its new home to continue to smile and give so much pleasure! Note, minimal splinters behind the plate see the photos, no splinter on the front. The objects we sell are old, they have been used, the years have passed...
