Piece of furniture of semainier trade

Old xl trade furniture from a former pharmacy in beaujolais. Furniture probably produced in the late nineteenth or early 1900s, like the other furniture present in this pharmacy (other business furniture of the same provenance available on my shop). The furniture is composed of a pine structure that has weathered very nicely over time. The furniture has simply been leached on its outer surface, in order to preserve as much as possible its beautiful patina, the inside of the drawers has been completely sanded, as well as the back of the furniture. The whole has been protected with a transparent matte varnish to make it totally healthy and clean for use. Previously the drawers had wooden "case" structures within its drawers, it has been preserved three (as in the photos) that can be arranged or not in the drawers for more precise storage. In the past, these storage spaces were used to store the many medicines. We can see in the center of the facade of the drawers a difference in shade, where there were old labels that have unfortunately disappeared over time. We can note some pencil marks, probably annotations of pharmacists or cabinetmaker on the wood, voluntarily preserved to attest to its authenticity. Please refer to the details photos. There is also a "small day" on the front of the bottom of the drawers (between the bottom and the inner face of the front of the drawer), nevertheless not hindering in any way the use, I just want to stipulate it. Nice cut at the bottom of the furniture. - Total dimensions - l 112.5 X d 55 X h 160.5 cm. Drawer dimensions - l 102 X d 49.5 X h 11 cm.
