Spectacular! Set of 10 dinner plates in choisy earthenware, one of the most famous, circa 1880, with slip cover, the real one. Plates from the castle, and its fishing lodge, with trout leaping among the lettuces, the humor of this expressive and swirling era served by the completely serious delicacy of the luxurious choisy earthenware. Exceptional condition with no signs of use, with only traces of their age - 150+ years! - some imperfections, wear at the crest of the leaves due to the plates rubbing together among the piles in the pantry cupboards, and edge chips, tiny or very small. Extraordinary plates, perhaps a private order, extremely rare, impossible to find. Each plate is photographed in order, front and back. Diameter 23cm. Wonders!.
