Old high chair for babies and children

High chair of very old manual design: early 20th century, even late 19th century. It was designed with mortises and tenons, dovetails, and cast iron parts for the casters, and wrought iron for the hook for holding it in the desk position. It has all the qualities: - practical to use: the tablet flips up to better place or pick up the child, - easy to use: in just a few simple steps you can transform it into a small desk, - safe: the child is well installed with the foot lift, and the tablet, - economical: 2 in 1 since the chair will transform into a small table, then a desk as the child grows, - aesthetic: the wood, its design (imitation cane for seat and backrest), make it a real piece of interior furniture, - durable: it will find a future use in decoration or otherwise thanks to its timeless design, - robustness: time has barely left its mark. I treated it against wood-eating insects, but the rare marks were old, the chair was no longer "inhabited", - space-saving and stable. Its design means that baby will be safe while being at the same height as the adults at the table. - authentic: you will have noticed, I kept it with its original colors. You are free to personalize it by painting it or adding small cushions for the seat and back. The child will feel good there until they are 5-6 years old, depending on their size.
