Description
Magnificent pitcher in flamed sandstone of the morvan, decorated according to the technique of lead enamels, typical of the pottery of tamnay-en-bazois created by gaston gaubier in 1932. A ceramic that is both useful and decorative, very elegant with its gooseneck shape and its thin and curved handle, which can accommodate water as well as a bouquet of dried flowers. You won't get tired of admiring its colorful oxides that intertwine, creating a unique and changing décor, ranging from midnight blue to purple to pale yellow and orange. The pitcher is in very good general condition. It has no crack or shine. The traces of wear are minor and are mainly limited to superficial scratches of use. Signed morvan under the base.
