Description
Dsw chair made by charles and ray eames for herman miller dating from the early 70s. A fiberglass shell of beige / vanilla color, patinated and in its juice. It is mounted on shock absorbers with a walnut base (new) including two changed and new pads and two other originals. Below you have the letter "v" which proves the time of the chair (early 70) and "m" (on the beginning 80) For the story: In 1972, the fehlbaum family, already long-time friends of charles eames and vitra, obtained herman miller licenses for the european market. It is then necessary to build a manufacturing unit. It will be built on land owned by the fehlbaum family in weil-am-rhein, germany. Until 1989, the shells will be recognizable by the signs m and / or V directly molded in the fiber.
