Murano sulphide paperweight 1900

Lovely sulphide glass paperweight "sommerso" composed of a "retortolo" in opaline blue, white, red, green of different dimensions. Blown glass article late nineteenth / early twentieth century. Real collector's item. This clipboard dates from the 1900s and has flaws and traces of use from its many previous lives. Two splinters on the lower part (not visible when it is laid). Traces of grains of sand (related to the artisanal manufacture of the time) also on the bottom of the paperweight. An air bubble and rubbing scratches on the top. Nevertheless, it is beautiful and magical (my favorite) The price takes into account its condition (it is half the price of the same copy in good condition). Weight 0, 665kg. Ref 471/22.
