Old workshop designer adjustable swivel seat

Metal footing seat (missing a small plastic cap on the top of one of the 4 tubes), the seat and back are made of wood, it was repainted "with a roller" (drops, dragged...), the painter was perhaps a child. To sand leaving paint in order to give it an older patina by fading the relief or to strip completely.at lowest, total height: 92 cm, seat height: 52 cm, seat diameter: 32 cm, diameter of footing: 57 cm.
