Old medicine jar / apothecary bottle blue oxydum zincicum

Real vintage pharmacy bottle in blue glass with sheet metal cap once painted. It has a label yellowed by time with a gold and red frame, on which it is written in black "oxydum zincicum" Zinc oxide has been used medicinally for its astringent and healing properties. It was commonly used to treat skin irritations, rashes and minor burns. This apothecary pot will look great in a curiosity cabinet, and add a deliciously retro touch to your interior.
