Curule Stool from Maison Jansen - Metal, Bronze & Leather - Ca 1950

Stool from Maison Jansen in the neoclassical style. This curule stool dates from the 1950s. This superb model, whose structure is made of steel, is decorated with bronze swan necks on the four uprights. The seat is in quality stretched leather. The four feet are gold to recall swans. Maison Jansen is one of the most beautiful French decoration houses. Beautiful original patina. Very good general condition. The height of the seat is 40cm.
