Large art nouveau bolster in oak

Period: ca. 1890-1914 this art nouveau harness has three levels and is larger than most models. It is made of oak. The upper tray and the smaller lower tier are both square in shape with contoured edges. The middle round top is connected at the top with carved arms. The apron has been carved with an openwork design giving this piece its typical art nouveau charm. Condition: good condition. Structurally solid and stable. Some small repairs in particular to the apron carvings on one side (see photo). This is an antique item and therefore signs of use and age are to be expected. Dimensions: 119 cm high, 29 X 29 cm high shelf, 39 X 39 cm at the base of the legs, 5 kg.
