This high armchair was produced by the danish manufactory farstrup møbler during the 1970s. The frame is made of solid beech wood in a dark shade of dark chocolate. The seat and backrest cushion is upholstered in high-quality dark brown natural leather. It is attached using the holes in the backrest. The form of chair is light and very comfortable. The streamlined shape of the armrests improves comfort while using it. The modernist form of the furniture means that it can be the focal point of many arrangements. The history of the brand dates back to 1910. In the beginning, farstrup was built as a sawmill near the beautiful forests of langesø. The company's mission is to create and build, often made to order, high-quality furniture that improves the quality of life. Each piece of furniture is unique and reflects the heritage from 1910, passed on to the next generations. The common feature of all farstrup furniture is precious wood, usually more than 100 years old, quality workmanship and only the best quality leather and fabrics. Farstrup furniture is a danish craftsmanship and the wood in the factory passes through countless skilled hands. Craftsmanship comes first and is still 100% made in denmark. The armchair is in original vintage condition. The leather has traces of time in the form of pigment changes and minor scratches. It has natural patina. The seat is at a height of 42 cm. We have a second armchair of this type in a separate offer, only slightly lower.
