Robert pérot is one of the three artists of the atelier du vieux moulin. He will be the best known because he continues his career with magnificent sculptures. This dish is typical of its production and type of decoration. The workshop of the vieux moulin was located in a large building, old oil mill, above the museum of vallauris. The three young people of the workshop: dominique baudart and jean-claude malarmey in addition to robert pérot, have installed a large wood-fired oven, which gives these enamels so sensitive of this dish.
