French mid century round turned wood lamp base tag 1852 card candle drip 4069

French country style mid century heavy turned wood and brass lamp base. The base is round with a brass collar and brass tag with the number 1852 engraved on it and two hoop embellishments. To the top of the lamp is a wooden candle drip and a black plastic shade and bulb holder. The lamp takes 1 large screw in bulb e27. The flex is brown with a on/off button and a 2 pin european plug. The base is complete with some age related marks and lovely patina.
