VerPan VP globe of Verner Panton

VP Globe is without doubt, the most spectacular lamp of Verner Panton. The suspension consists of a transparent acrylic globe containing five reflectors in aluminium lacquered white, blue and orange, suspended by metal chains. The set is visible by transparency. The reflectors, whose positioning has been extensively studied, diffuse the light emitted by the bulb in a uniform way across the room. Colored in blue and orange, they play with the hot climate or cold in the room to create a magical atmosphere. The capsule-shaped structure gives the central element a light and floating appearance, a nod to the space age that marked the 1960s. Black textile cable and the rosette chrome bring a modernist structure published by VerPan finishing.
