I am selling this enameled stoneware vase created by the beauvais ceramist charles greber (1853-1935), renowned for his “artistic stoneware” anchored in the art nouveau period (around 1900). Under its base, the vase bears the stamp “c. Greber”. It is distinguished by its shades of color, where pale blue, flamed pink and ice green with lustrous reflections coexist, obtained by superimposed drippings of enamels, which crystallize in places. These colored accords and the alternation of matte and satin glaze make it a characteristic production of the beginning of the last century, fond of flamed stoneware with shapes inspired by nature. It is a beautiful object, heavy and pleasant to hold, which is distinguished from the rest of the artist's production by these astonishing depressions on the body of the vase. An original and unique gift to give (to you), which will seduce with its timeless character and elegance! Ps: the other vases in the background are also for sale, see my other listings. ✨ very good condition: the work is in perfect condition. There are no glaze jumps, cooking bubbles or defects to report. The glaze is homogeneous and without roughness. The vase was recently cleaned, all you have to do is place it at home! The photographs are an integral part of the description: take a good look at them and do not hesitate to ask me your questions. Height at sight: 17 cm; width: 18 cm. Collar flare: 3 cm; circumference at its largest: 52 cm. Weight: 1.2g.
