Large Jean Marais pottery bowl

Large fruit bowl, salad bowl... In pottery signed jean marais. Superb exceptional piece, of good size, which fits very easily into a designer/modern interior as well as into a more rustic interior. Beautiful in the center of a table or on a buffet. Purchased directly in vallauris in the 1970s. "known for his acting and his talents as a director and writer, jean marais is also an accomplished sculptor, ceramist and painter with a style influenced by jean cocteau." ❖ dimensions: height 9.5 cm X diameter 29 cm ❖ note a tiny tear on the edge, see photos.
