1970s Pine wooden bench by Ate van Apeldoorn voor Houtwerk Hattem, Netherlands

A wonderful, rustic bench in highly recognizable design by ate van apeldoorn, manufactured by houtwerk hattem in the netherlands around 1970. Fully made of pine wood in rectangular shape with the top containing three slats. Standing in square shaped legs with beautiful corner connections, typical for the style and adding a wonderful detail to the piece and a real sign of quality. The natural pattern of the wood remain clearly visible and it has a nice, light and warm brown colour. Each piece remains in very good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina!.
