Large dark green Kandem Bauhaus desk lamp from Germany, 1930s

Beautiful large dark green kandem desk lamp, estimated around 1935. Hardly any information can be found about this model. This lamp has the characteristics of the kandem 752 model designed by hin bredendieck and hermann gautel around 1934-1935. The mark on the shade was used between 1935 and 1940. The funny thing about this lamp is that the shade is larger and the tube is extended with a thicker kind of handle. Production of the 752 stopped in 1934 so perhaps this is a prototype from 1935. A fairly special type that even the connoisseurs cannot find anything about. Naturally, this lamp has been cleaned and fitted with a new twisted fabric cord and earthed plug. A beautiful copy and certainly an asset to any interior!.
