Lacquered japanese box for wiggishoff paris - end of the 19th century

Pretty little lacquered japanese box. Advertising box for wiggishoff paris. Fine gold metal medal inside in wiggishoff's name. The box had to contain a small bottle of perfume. Jacques-charles wiggishoff opened his perfume factory in paris in 1876. Nice lock plate, worked. Close with one button. Decorated with flowers and foliage. Interior lacquered and gilded, as glitter. Beautiful box. Late 19th century.
