Description
2511 - late nineteenth century, this important and delightful cabaret with condiments in silver mlethal and cut crystal. It includes the servant on 4 leafy feet louis XV style, 2 sprinklers, 1 mustard maker and 3 bottles with their cut crystal cap. The tray is surmounted by 4 pilasters, screwed by small butterflies, supporting the frame in which the bottles are individually housed finished by a beautiful and wide handle. The whole is finely chiseled with stylized motifs. 5 hallmarks are below the tray: 1 coat of arms with 2 opposite letters r (ropra & ritaud. ) and 4 hallmarks rr, s, 2 r opposite and epa. Handle marked r&d underlined 169924. Crystal in good condition, no cracks or major chips except on one of the bottles with tiny little chips at the neck. Silvering in good condition with micro-scratches of normal use. Ofèvrerie of very good quality infrequent on the market. Dimensions: height 198 mm X width 152 mm X length 210 mm.
