Azilal rug floor cushion, pouf

Custom designed large azilal floor cushion made from a large vintage azilal rug. Woven from soft, un-dyed natural wool, it features purplish grey lozenges that create a beautiful organic pattern with small tuffs of subtle longer orange wool that pop through. We searched high and low for the perfect rugs for our collection, each piece is unique and hand selected for its quality, design and special unique features. Azilal rugs are traditionally handwoven by berber women in the azilal province in the high atlas mountains of morocco. Handmade from a fine grade of wool they have a unique earth character and lack of symmetry, Each cushion is truly one of a kind and can be considered a collectible piece of functional art. Dimensions 60x60xh50cm. ** does not include filling** please note there is some left over pieces of 'filling' inside from a photoshoot but you wont notice once it is filled itself with cushion filling.
