Bonjour, j'ai dû effectuer une réclamation à réception concernant l'état du lampadaire. le vendeur n'a pas décrit l'objet avec honnêteté. j'ai ainsi pu constater plusieurs dommages invisibles sur les photos et ne faisant pas partie du descriptif. ni selency ni le transporteur ne sont en cause. j'ai d'ailleurs laissé un message à ce vendeur pour lui indiquer que sa démarche était malhonnête à mes yeux. j'ai ajouté que j'aurais quand même acheté le lampadaire mais j'aurais aimé être informée.
