80's - design Ettore Sottsass for Habitat - ceramic ashtray

Pretty black enamelled ceramic ashtray, designed by Italian designer Ettore Sottsass for the Habitat company. Characteristic of the formal research of the Italian master, this ashtray to the sleek forms is a pure product of the 1980s vintage. It is similar to the creations of the Memphis group and the anti-design that belonged Sottsass. Enamel is in very good condition, with the exception of a micro burst on an angle, visible in the photos. The rest of the points visible in the photos are grains of dust and defects. It is 15cm long, 10cm wide and 6cm in height.
