Old wood low table of Rajasthan

A very attractive, antique wooden table from Rajasthan. Traditionally, tables in India were generally fairly low, compared to those in the West, where they were used for work or in the home and this one is a particularly fine example. In excellent, solid, original condition, with brass studded details and red lacquered legs. Crafted from tropical hardwood, it has a wonderfully warm patina with a gorgeous grain. A very usable piece and a perfect coffee table. Dimensions length 90 cm width 54 cm, height 30cm
