Black lacquered metal 'Oti' chair designed by Niels Gammelgaard for Ikea, c.1980

Sculptural wire rhomboid chair designed by Niels Gammelgaard in the early 1980's and produced by Ikea in 1986. This is the rarer of 2 wire chair designs by Gammelgaard as it was not reissued, unlike the Jarpen chair which was still being manufactured several years ago. Dimensions (cm, approx): Height: 76 Width: 93 Depth: 93. Condition: Structurally sound with minor surface corrosion.
