Glass trading post 50s

Large trading post of the 50s composed of an oak body and oak veneer and a large glass façade. This countertop has 12 large drawers with "ladder" dimensions (smaller drawers at the top and the largest at the bottom). Each drawer is topped with metal shell handles, the inside of which have been painted using a thick lacquered black paint, easy to clean and withstanding moisture. The interior of the furniture was also covered with this same paint. Thus it brings a beautiful graphic touch and an elegant sobriety to the whole of this piece of furniture, allowing to highlight each of the elements. The skirting board was also painted black to make the recall. The furniture has been completely restored - sanded, treated, and then protected with the help of a transparent matte varnish. Some drawers being missing, my cabinetmaker has redone them identically. The glasses of the front drawers have for some been redone by my glazier as well. Most drawers have a central vertical shelf. The outer glass of the cabinet, made of very thick glass, is original. Thus it has visible and less visible stripes, as well as small impacts in places (at the front in particular), thank you for referring to the photos. These defects are not very visible in the overall whole, and attest to its authenticity.
