Coffee table of the "2 Potters" 1960

Nice coffee table of the "2 potters" Michelle and Jacques Serre, married in the land and in life from 1956 to 1970. During this period, the couple produced works under the name "2 potters" in the clermont ferrand region. The ceramics of the two potters have always been poorly attributed to robert charlier and pierre langle in particular... Their works are part of the ceramic revolution of the 1950s in france: new shapes, new colors, new materials. From utilitarian to sculpture, this book traces the life and work of these artists whose separation in 1970 put an end to their common work. The footing at the table was redone a few years ago. Excellent condition. No cracks or shrapnel.
